In fulfilling its obligations under 18 U.S.C. Section 2257, All of the sites rely on the plain language of the statute and on the well-reasoned decision of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in Sundance Assoc. v. Reno, 139 F. 3rd 804 (1998). The Sundance opinion states that 28 C.F.R.
